Service Description

Pilates Apparatus Class utilizes the reformer, the chairs, towers or various other small apparatus to build upon the foundation found in the Mat class. This class is appropriate for students who have taken a series of private lessons and are familiar with the foundational and beginner orders as well as changing springs and moving on and off of the equipment. They working towards stablity in their pelvic position during most exercises and the shoulder/scapulae during upper body movement. They are aware of the breath and how to coordinate it with movement.
