Pilates Apparatus Level III/IV builds upon the skills developed in Levels I and II, offering a more advanced and integrated experience across all apparatus. Students in this class have a strong command of exercise sequences, equipment setup, and movement principles. They move fluidly through all planes of motion with precision, control, and efficiency. Balance is sustained on unstable surfaces and during directional changes, and students respond seamlessly to variations and cues introduced by the instructor. Movement is refined, intentional, and deeply focused. Participation is by instructor invitation only.
