Pilates Apparatus Level II

Service Description

Pilates Apparatus Class utilizes the reformer, the chairs, towers or various other apparatus to build upon the foundations found in the Mat and the level 1 apparatus class. Students in the Level 2 classes are familiar with the equipment and set up. They move in flexion, extension and lateral side bending and rotation. They have a strong breath capacity and are able to move at a quicker pace, as well as understand modifications for their own bodies. Clients work with a greater sense of control.
