Apparatus II/III

Service Description

Pilates Apparatus II/III utilizes the reformer, the chairs, towers or various other apparatus to build upon the matwork and the level II class. Students in these classes are very familiar with the equipment and set up. They move in flexion, extension and lateral side bending and rotation and understand how to apply modifications for their own bodies. Breath is controlled and fluidly connects with the movements. Clients will be challenged with more overhead work, working with control from their Powerhouse and not with momentum.
