Beginner/Intermediate Apparatus

Service Description

Pilates Apparatus Class utilizes the Universal Reformer, the chairs, towers or various other apparatus to build upon the foundation found in the Mat class. This class is appropriate for students who have taken a series of private lessons and are familiar with the basic beginner and intermediate orders. They are able to stabilize their pelvic position during most exercises and the shoulder/scapulae during upper body movement. They are aware of the breath and how to naturally coordinate it with movement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancels will charged.
