Advanced Apparatus (Invite only)

Service Description

This class builds upon the concepts explored in the beginner and intermediate apparatus classes. Students in this class are familiar with the exercises, order and set up on all apparatus. They are moving in all planes and can flow through a workout with control and efficiency. Balance can be maintained on an unstable surface and while changing directions. They are able to adjust quickly to changes and variations added by the instructor.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancels will charged.
