Apparatus III/IV (Invite only)

Service Description

Pilates Apparatus Level III/IV builds upon the concepts explored in the Levels I and II apparatus classes. Students in this class are familiar with the exercises, order and set up on all apparatus. They are moving in all planes and can flow through a workout with control and efficiency. Balance can be maintained on an unstable surface and while changing directions. They are able to adjust quickly to changes and variations added by the instructor, moving through their exercises with refined movement and concentration. This class is instructor invitation only.
