Service Description

Pilates Apparatus Class utilizes the Universal Reformer, the chairs, towers or various other apparatus to build upon the foundation found in the Mat and the level 1 apparatus class. Students in the Level 2 classes are familiar with the equipment and set up. They move in flexion, extension and lateral side bending and rotation. They have a strong breath capacity and are able to move at a quicker pace, as well as modify for their own bodies.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancels will charged.
